HEBDEN WINE CLUB #5 / AUTUMN

OUR FIFTH HEBDEN WINE CLUB EVENT SEES US SETTLE INTO THE SEASON. BRINGING YOU AN EVENING OF AUTUMN WINE CLASSICS, IN COLLABORATION WITH BUON VINO.

Join us on Wednesday 1st November for our next instalment of the Hebden Wine Club where we will be celebrating Autumn flavours and the wines we like to drink in the colder months. To ensure we bring you only the best, will be working with another one of our wonderful importer/suppliers Buon Vino.

Buon Vino work with some of the Norths finest venues, L’Enclume to drop the big one. They have been at the forefront of the natural and spontaneous ferment wine front since pretty much day one in the UK. In addition to those solid credentials, Aimee Turford will be joining us for the event. For those that haven’t come across Aimee, she was the custodian at The Moorcok Inn in Norland over the last five years until it sadly closed earlier this year (RIP). Aimee and chef AListair Taylor created one of the the UK’s most sought after venues and were a huge inspiration to us here at COIN. Aimee’s wine knowledge and CV draw a gasp, having worked under some of Europes most influential chefs, to note, Kobe Desramaults at In de Wulf based in Belgium. Its a real pleasure for us to welcome both Buon Vino (Aimee’s new home) and Aimee herself to put together what will certainly be a great evening.

Celeriac, salsify & parsley root soup, pistou

(Optional) Liverpool bay wild bass, Crémant and herb sauce

Venison braised in port, chestnuts, pumpkin

Vacherin mont d'or, frozen grapes

Wood roasted pears, Hebden honey, créme fraiche

Ticket price is £60pp, which includes food and wine.
