HEBDEN WINE CLUB #6 WITH VINE TRAIL
Wednesday December 6th sees us welcome natural wine titans Vine Trail for a seasonal dinner with wine pairings.
Our next wine club event sees us team up with an importer who in our opinion, and in many others, are absolute trailblazers. Vine Trail have been pioneering spontaneously fermented wines and organic/biodynamic viticulture way before it got cool back in 1989. Specialising in some of the best natural wines the old world has to offer, it will be our pleasure to host Jack on Wednesday the 6th of December. Following on from HWC #5’s successful format this event will be a tasting dinner where we will be serving a 4 course seasonal dinner with paired wines. The evening will be priced at £60pp. There will also be an optional fish course with wine pairing available on the night for a surcharge.
